We prepare our award winning BBQ fresh daily using our own secret dry rub and smoked the traditional southern way!! LOW AND SLOW.... meaning in our smokers at low temperatures for a long period of time. 12 to 16 hours. Our meats arrive at your table "dry rubbed". We want you to have the choice of adding our award winning sauce as you see fit. We make our sides  and sauces fresh daily. Hush puppies, cole slaw, bbq beans, corn bread and more!
