Who We Are
Todd Peterson grew up around BBQ in the country outside of Ashland City, TN. Learning how to smoke meat from some of the central Tennessee masters of the craft. They instilled in Todd, the love of the fire, smoke, and the meat, Anything worth doing is done by taking your time with your attention focused on the task at hand. BBQ is more than just cooking the meat. It is also very much about the social aspect of family and friends being involved in the cook and the feast afterward.
Southern BBQ is found ensconsed in family and friends, politics, and religion in the south.
Todd is married to the former Kelly Shaw from Sterling IL.
